Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
